    1. Eligibility:
    • The giveaway contest is open to all residents of Georgia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
    • Employees, officers, and directors of A Girl & A Bag Boutique Travel Designers LLC, as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate in the contest.
    1. Entry Method:
    • To enter the giveaway contest, participants must complete the Travel Preference and Frequency Survey hosted by A Girl & A Bag Boutique Travel Designers LLC May 15 - 19 for insider and May 17 - 19 via social media.
    • Participants must provide their valid email address at the end of the survey to be eligible for the prize.
    1. Prize:
    • Three winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants.
    • Each winner will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card.
    • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed.
    • Starbucks is not a sponsor or affiliated with this contest.
    1. Winner Selection and Notification:
    • The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
    • The drawing will be conducted within three (3) days after the contest ends.
    • The winners will be notified via email within three (3) days after the drawing.
    • If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within three (3) days, another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
    1. Publicity Release:
    • By participating in the contest, winners grant A Girl & A Bag Boutique Travel Designers LLC the right to use their names and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission.
    1. General Conditions:
    • A Girl & A Bag Boutique Travel Designers LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
    • A Girl & A Bag Boutique Travel Designers LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, computer malfunctions, physical damage, injury or human error that may occur during the contest.
    • A Girl & A Bag Boutique Travel Designers, LLC, including its employees and affiliates, will not be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by the use of or purchase made with the Starbucks gift card.
    • 9. Release: By receipt of any Sweepstakes prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
    • The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
